Can't install VMWare tools !!

If you can't update VMware tools ,  and the error message tells there is a older version of VMWare tools , so you should remove this ..


But you can't remove the older version of VMWare tools because of some errors.
Can't install new version of VMWare tools , and can't uninstall older version of VMWare tools , nothing to do!! 
In this case , you should remove the following registory key , and you can install new version of VMWare tools. 
run regedit on command line.

Under the " HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products "  keys , there are some keys like 005014B33004FB4192232xxxx .

like this -->  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\005014B33004FB41922323843　

You should find a key value.
In this case , you should search the key  "VMware tools.msi" .

If you find the keys , remove this.

but you should export the keys before remove it !!
